Maxwell Maisano has been a hairdresser for over 17 years, working both behind the chair and as an educator for major industry leaders.
He began his hairdressing career within the Toni & Guy USA salon network and quickly became known for his precision and quality, eventually earning the position of Technical Art Director.
From there he worked with several major hair color manufacturers such as It&ly Hairfashion , Matrix and L’Oreal Professional–traveling the United States as a haircolor artist and educator. 
In 2005 he partnered with the Aveda Institutes Florida as an Advanced Education trainer.  Developing and implementing the educational curriculum for the prestigious Aveda Institute Master’s Studio program.
In 2007 Max made a lateral move into the Aveda Salon network and worked as the Training Manager for Level Salons Inc., developing and implementing Level’s in salon training program, mentoring and developing new stylists as well as working behind the chair servicing a diverse clientele.
In 2009 Max decided to branch out on a different career path and create his own salon culture.  He helped to establish the Disco Dolls Studio,  continuing to work behind the chair as well as helping to promote and build the Disco Dolls brand.  
He also returned to his “roots” at L’Oreal Professional becoming part of their Artistic Technical Team once again and continuing to share his passion for hairdressing with his industry peers.
After serving with the Disco Dolls team for almost 3 years, Max found that it was time to branch out and begin defining his own brand.  
In he relocated his business to  A + M Beauty Lounge in Tampa, FL.
Most recently, after working for L’Oreal Professional for almost 10 years cumulatively, Max humbly tendered his resignation to L’Oreal Professional in order to pursue new opportunities as a member of the Joico /ISO / Minardi Education Team.
