In 2009 Max decided to branch out on a different career path and create his own salon culture.  He helped to establish the Disco Dolls Studio,  continuing to work behind the chair as well as helping to promote and build the Disco Dolls brand.
He also returned to his “roots” at L’Oreal Professional becoming part of their Artistic Technical Team once again and continuing to share his passion for hairdressing with his industry peers.
After serving with the Disco Dolls team for almost 3 years, Max found that it was time to branch out and begin defining his own brand.
In he relocated his business to  A + M Beauty Lounge in Tampa, FL.
Most recently, after working for L'Oreal Professional for almost 10 years cumulatively, Max humbly tendered his resignation to L'Oreal Professional in order to pursue new opportunities as a member of the Joico /ISO / Minardi Education Team.

Michael brings over 15 years worth of experience in the industry with him. He originally started out as a make-up artist and image consultant in the Chicago area. This allowed him to hone his people skills and his technique. After attending cosmetology school, Michael immediately set his focus on hair color and later became an RPA for Redken. In 2001, Michael moved to Orlando, FL. He has been a salon manager for Canyon Ranch at its Spa Club in Orlando and a manager for Dillard's Department store's Salon. Now however, he is currently a Colorist at one of Orlando's top salons, which is where his true passion is.
His greatest assets are his peolpe skills and his unique take on hair color. His weaknesses are his Pug dog, YaYa and his passion for small, exotic cars.
