The hair is really white, but when it's up against darker hair the white then will look grey.

Now JBuzz took the swatch against brown hair to see the % of white this client has.

This shows the swatches up against lighter hair.
 If hair has 50% or more white in it, you must add Neutral into your formula, so the hair gets coveraged well.

This is a classic, all the hair is brought down to 0 degrees, if you do this cut with tension the back & sides will curve, if you do not use tension the haircut will be more straight & squared.
